Terms of Trade/Warunki handlowe

All clients – to all new & old orders

All clients are to do business with us on TT (telegraphic transfers) for all deals but please note for small orders like MOQ/ or orders for which the value amounts to 2,000 EUROS – clients will be required to make a 100% TT payment before your shipment is sent out.

For all orders amounting to 10,000 EUROS clients will be required after signed SPA and issued proforma invoice to make a 30% T/T bank transfer to our nominated company account upon order placed to cover due fees like;

Documentation – shipment fees – packing – labeling – im duties – bagging and also logistics & transportation

And balance 70% T/T bank transfer against shipment documents please note: draft copies. which include

Shipping invoice – commercial invoice – packing list – bill of lading – certificate of origin – sgs certificate – and also please note, all these documents will be sent as draft copies.
